This is our New QMFCT Unit - Quick Mount Flat Concrete Tile

This unit simply replaces one existing concrete tile with a combination of a mount and a flashable cast plastic tile.

It is compatable with Monier, Eagle, Lifetile, & Hanson

Tile Mount

This is the QMSC Unit Quick Mount Standard Composition Roof)

It measures 12" x 12" square. Half of the mount is under the composition shingle, and half of it is exposed.

This one is shown with Unirac rail and L foot attached, but any rail system is compatable.

This is the QMSC Unit Quick Mount Standard Composition, being used on a Presidential Compositon Roof.

The standard comp version can be used in this application as long as no more than half of the flashing is exposed.

If the bolt placement interferes with the extended portion of the shingle, simply remove that extended portion of the composition shingle. .

On a shake roof the code calls for a maximum of 10" exposure on the shake with felt paper just above the exposure line.

It is critical to use the larger 18" x 18" square unit so that it extends under the paper.
